Fore Solutions was established in 2003 by Gunnar Hubbard. All project managers are USGBC LEED Accredited Professionals. Our staff has extensive green building experience working with the USGBC on LEED Projects ranging from the first LEED Platinum Home, Cranberry Ridge in Freeport, Maine, to the new Harvard University Allston Science Complex to the 16 million square foot endeavor of MGM MIRAGE’s Project City Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
