Fore Solutions, as a sub-consultant to the engineering firm Battle McCarthy, was the LEED consultant to this new Interdisciplinary Science and Technology Building (ISTB 1) at Arizona State University. The 168,000 SF building is the first of multiple phases of research infrastructure that will be built at the Tempe campus. The state-of-the-art laboratory building houses Life Sciences and Engineering faculty research. Fore Solutions had been tasked to help the team achieve a Silver rating, yet through efforts to push the design team toward higher standards, a Gold rating was achieved.
