Fore Solutions is the LEED consultant for the design team for a new science complex for Harvard University. Behnisch Architekten, Next Phase Studios, and Payette are designing the first four buildings for the Allston Development Group on Harvard’s new Allston campus. The four interconnected laboratory buildings will incorporate some of the latest innovations in sustainable design features. Transsolar Climate Engineering, R.G. Vanderweil Engineers, Stephen Stimpson Associates, Buro Happold Consulting Engineers and Nitsch Engineering are key team members in ensuring this approximately 1 million square foot project is on the forefront of sustainable design. The project is currently targeting a LEED Gold rating.
