The Albert Sherman Center, a 500,000 sq.ft. biomedical research facility, will house the University of Massachusetts Advanced Therapeutics Cluster which will include 100 faculty from three programs. The space will include 300,000 sq.ft. of wet research laboratory research space, clean rooms and core research space as well as 200,000 sq.ft. of dry space including a 300-seat auditorium, teaching areas and library, conference and support spaces. Fore Solutions is the LEED Consultant and  Energy Consultant to ARC/ Architectural Resources Cambridge.
