Genzyme is expanding their facilities in at 74 New York Avenue in Framingham, Massachusetts. This lab facility will be employing innovative techniques such as re-using HVAC condensate for irrigation and using chilled beams for cooling. Ventilation in the labs will be monitored to reduce the air changes per hour when the space is unoccupied. Fore Solutions is the LEED Consultant to ARC Cambridge for this project.
