Genzyme is expanding their facilities at 74 New York Avenue in Framingham, Massachusetts. This lab facility will be employing innovative techniques such as re-using HVAC condensate for irrigation and using chilled beams for cooling. Ventilation in the labs will be monitored to reduce the air changes per hour when the space is unoccupied. Fore Solutions was the LEED Consultant to ARC/ Architectural Resources Cambridge for this project.
