This two story project houses OHM and two additional tenants. Located on the edge of progressive development in Falmouth, ME, the office serves as example of modest and appropriate design solutions to align with the local vernacular. A central cupola brings daylight to the core of the building, while an appropriate balance of glass-to-room ratio creates well daylit office spaces with views to the bay. Foam insulation and high performance windows create an energy efficient envelope and proper controls and a good selection of interior finishes create an office space with an excellent interior environmental quality.
