Fore Solutions has adopted and follows the approved ANSI Standard – ANSI/MTS 1.0 Whole Systems Integrated Process Guide (WSIP)-2007 for Sustainable Buildings & Communities. The Integrated Design Process is a fundamentally different approach to the way in which we manage the design process. Contracts are structured differently, more research and analysis are performed earlier in the project, and more people are involved in workshops and charrettes. This adds a level of complexity to the design process and project management. However, the potential rewards are significantly higher performing buildings at minimal to no additional cost.
